Like I said in yesterday’s post, I have thin hair, so my braids don’t have that full look to them like those with thicker hair are able to achieve. I don’t braid my hair too often, but I still love the amount of styles you can create with them. But today’s are pretty simple/self explanatory one’s, which I don’t think require a video tutorial or anything. They’re one’s you can throw up in about 5 minutes.
1. Simple side braid with a dramatic part.
2. One Sided French Braid – Half up half down. I just improvised here, because I didn’t really know what to do, so I went with a french braid on one side, and nothing on the other, which meet together in the middle with an elastic band. Before braiding, I teased the back of my hair to give it more volume. (I clearly forgot my blonde bobby pins here.)
3. Headband Braid, also known as Milkmaid Braids.
4. Dramatic side part with a french braid. This one is slightly similar to number 2, but instead of making it half up half down, giving it more of a fancy look, I left it all down here for a not so “done-up” look.
