So it's raining like all weekend in SoCal, BUT, that doesn't mean you can't prepare yourself for bikini season! While I may not be the "gym-type," there are still some types of workouts I do in my apartment each night. I do my best to do 100 sit-ups a night before I go to bed, and I swear, it makes such a difference. You go to bed feeling better, like you weren't just a couch potato all day, or like you actually worked out in some way... plus, you wake up feeling more toned. I also try to do 100 squats each night, because I LOVE having toned legs. When I do my squats, I do them in more of a "dancer" way, and not the gym way that I think most may think I'm talking about. For my dancers: I do them in second position, turned out, and I pretty much stay in a grand plié while I do the 100 squats without ever straightening my knees. No for everyone else, since I can't explain it, lol, you can type into google: grand plie in second position and you'll see what I mean. So all in all, I try my best to do my 100 sit-ups and 100 squats everyday. Especially now that I have a wedding this year, plus my bachelorette party, I need to get my tone on!
