LexMod has done it again. I had been searching for the perfect bar stools to go with the island in the kitchen and these are everything and morethese are everything and more!! I was SO close to going to black stools, but ended up choosing white to go with the island better, and so it would blend nicely. Now, really quickly, in case you haven't been following for a while, Cody and I moved back to LA, like literally down the street from our apartment from last year and we are OBSESSED with our new apartment! Although I'm not one to be in the kitchen cooking up a meal, the kitchen is usually the deal breaker for me when apartment searching. (The kitchen and of course other things, but I always like a pretty looking kitchen!!) I feel like the bar stools totally completed the kitchen area. We don't even have a dining table because we just use the island and bar stools as the area where we eat. At our last place, we had an island as well (not at our brief apartment in HB,) and we also had a dining table and 2 chairs for it, so it just took up unnecessary room for it being an apartment. So this island and bar stool area is perfect for us being in an apartment!
Now, it's funny looking at these photos on a computer screen after they're all taken, because that's when I really start to dig deep and figure out what should have moved, been switched, or just flat out have been out of the photos. lol. Like I wish the tea pot was somewhere else, and the jar of appliances was in the middle of the stove. BUT, now I know for next time. lol.
