So I guess this room is technically the den? And the room I always refer to as the front room is technically the living room? Even though we do most of our "living" in the den lol. According google, a den is a smaller, more intimate space, so I guess that makes sense.. but I still feel weird calling this a den?!

It literally took one year for this room to even begin looking like something, mainly because I could not decide on a sofa, rug, or pretty much anything I wanted to do with this room for the life of me. I know most people start with a rug, but the sofa is what I always start off with in order to figure out what I'm doing with the rest of a room. I found this sofa on Interior Define and I LOVE it. When I first received it in the beginning of the year, I noticed measurements were slightly off from what was ordered, so it was about another 8-10 week wait, but SO WORTH IT. Since it had to be re-made, I also opted to go with a deeper option and it made all the difference. It's so comfortable, the perfect depth, and husband approved. Daniel falls asleep on the couch EVERY night, so him liking it is saying a lot. lol.
