When you grow up and live in Orange County for more than half of your life, it’s kind of hard adjusting to living in LA. They’re obviously not far from each other, but they’re definitely two totally different worlds. Now, Hollywood vs. LA. Yesterday, I had someone comment on an old photo of when I hiked the Hollywood sign, and they said how they wished they lived in Hollywood and it was refreshing meeting so many nice people. When I read that I was literally like
“nice people?!” lol. But I guess it just depends on where you are. For me, it’s such a difference living in LA rather than North Hollywood/the Valley. I can’t even count how many encounters I had over there with rude people, to the point where they would ruin my entire day. One day Cody and I were taking blog photos.. some kid was watching from across the street, and the second I make eye contact with him, he flips me off. And he continues to flip me off for a good minute as he slowly walks away walking backwards, giving me the evilest stare of life. It was this day right here. lol. I can go on about my encounters there, but It’s been a huge difference since I’ve moved out of the Valley and have been in LA. I even mentioned it to Cody a few months ago about how everyone’s so much nicer where we are now. I don’t know why rude people get under my skin so much, but through internships, assisting jobs, etc. I’ve definitely learned to deal with it. But do I still love living in the city? Yes! I actually love it.
(p.s. For anyone thinking of buying this shirt, buy it one size up. I usually wear a size small in shirts, but I got this one in a medium and it fits like a small would.)

You look like a beautiful 90s grunge angel. I adore the beanie with the blonde hair. Ugh, so pretty. Rude people get under my skin too & that child sounds like the devil. Isn’t odd how we can have so many types of people right in California — especially just from SD to OC to LA?!?!!

Rude people really push my buttons too! It’s really not that hard to treat others with common courtesy (although I guess it is for some)
Your look is super cute! Love the long cardi!
