Since it’s Halloween today, I’m going to share a little funny story that is totally unrelated to this outfit post. Six years ago, today, I was suspended in high school for talking too much in class. LOL! Yes, suspended. I had never even gotten a detention before, but they just went right ahead and suspended me for two days with one of my best friends. But I mean, come on, it was Halloween! Our teacher was brand new, though, and she had just finished telling our class that she wanted to “party it up with third period.” So we all laugh, and of course, my friend and I just so happened to be the last ones talking. A guy behind us dropped his pencil, and it landed somewhere in front of us, so he asks if we could get it for him. I couldn’t see it, so I’m asking “where is it?” and so is my friend, and before we know it, we’re in the principals office. Poor guy behind us got suspended too, and all he asked was if we could grab his pencil. Anyway, my parents flipped, and when they got in contact with the teacher, she claimed she had no idea we would get suspended and was mortified at what had happened. (She ended up getting fired once the year finished.) Now in other news.
