In case you don’t follow on instagram, I love doing little instagram roundups on my blog, like today. I pulled a few of my favorite photos from the past few weeks that aren’t fashion related, or at least not an outfit photo like what you see on my blog everyday. So to recap a little… Cody and I got engaged a month ago, so naturally, I flash my ring for photos as much as possible, lol. And if you haven’t read our engagement story, Cody proposed to me in a helicopter, and about 10 minutes before it, I got that really cool photo as we flew over the LA skyline!

We had a free night at The Ritz Carlton in Downtown LA to use up, so we stayed two weekends ago when we were going to see Adele in concert (she performed right across the street.) Quick side note: I got Cody a special edition bottle of his favorite champagne, and had it engraved as part of his Christmas gift, and we promised we wouldn’t open it until we got engaged, so we brought it with us to the hotel that weekend and finally got to pop that sucker open.

Also a few weeks ago, we were in Sedona, Arizona with our families, the week after we got engaged, and that super pretty scenery photo of me sitting on the hill is from that weekend. We go to Sedona almost every year!

Lastly, the pretty white flowers I have sitting in my living room are from my really awesome boss, Hope! She lives in New York, and I work for her here from LA, and she sent those flowers over as a congrats on the engagement. :)
