I had stopped wearing powder highlight for probably over a year, and literally just used no highlight, what-so-ever. I used to us the ever so famous Champagne Pop by BECCA for months, but something about it just made it look like I had a straight up black streak or something on my face. I even tried lighter shades, and I just could not get away from that streak. Literally, I was shooting one day, and my friend taking the photos said "wait, you have something black on your face."  LOL. It was actually pretty funny. So then I switched to a liquid highlight, and while it was pretty, it just didn't give me that dramatic highlighted look we're all looking for. Then one day I walked into NARS and this girl asked to put highlight on me... I said sure. I look in the mirror once she finished, and I was like, GUUUUURL, RING ME UP. She used the Highlight Powder: Forte De France on me, (Oh, did I tell you I'm learning French? Obsessed with the Duolingo app,) and I am a forever fan. Best highlight I've ever used, and there is absolutely ZERO highlight enhancement in my two photos above. I also use this brush to apply. Not that it really matters, but I figured someone would ask, so there it is.
