I’ve always liked styling simple and affordable outfits with a few designer accessories. The right accessories can make an outfit look like an expensive one, even when a dress is only $15. Ever since Cody got me my first pair of Louboutin’s, I practically feel the need to wear them with every outfit post now. lol. I don’t know what it is about them, but you just feel like an empowered woman when you walk in a pair. However, they are sooo incredibly uncomfortable. lol! I have gotten blisters from heels, of course, but NEVER a blood blister… which I received from wearing them this day because I had them on for 3 outfits. I’ve gotten blood blisters before since I have a habit of dancing and taking class barefoot, but a blood blister in heels?! I’ve even had dance auditions where I’ve had to dance hard core in heels, and still… no blood blister. (Also, no, I’m not some stripper. Britney Spears auditions, Lady Gaga, anyone fierce… their auditions are always in heels.) You would think that the more expensive the shoes, the more support they’d have? I mean, right?! lol.
Now, if you are looking into getting a pair of Louboutin’s, I HIGHLY recommend going into a store to try on different sizes and styles. I am an entire size AND a half smaller in these shoes than in all of my other shoes. The style I went with are the Iriza’s in 100mm, and they are slightly more comfortable than the “So Kate” style (120mm,) which is their most popular and most uncomfortable. The lady that worked at the Louboutin store even said, “The So Kate’s are our most popular, but most complained about style.” I tried the So Kate’s on and no joke, after my first step, I knew I couldn’t last 5 minutes in them. But truthfully, after 5 minutes in the Iriza’s, now that I’ve actually worn them, my feet are already dying by 2 minutes. The difference with the Iriza’s are that they have a lower cut on the inside of the foot, so if your feet a bit wider than most, they may get a little more breathing room with the Iriza’s. They say their comfortable ones are the ones with a rounded toe, but I personally don’t like rounded toe heels. When I decide to get another pair in a different color, I’ll probably end up getting the So Kate’s, because they really are the best looking style, and no matter which style I choose (staying in the pointed toe styles,) they’re going to hurt no matter what. And when I say hurt, I mean they will hurt like a Mother F*cker. Don’t get me wrong, though, I am IN LOVE with them!

Sorry to hear. They are pretty shoes.
I have heard that they are super uncomfortable! I mean you would think they would be considering the price tag!

Thanks for the review! I’ve been wanting a pair but knew that the So Kate would be so high and uncomfortable. I’d like to get a 100mm Pigalle pair… Hopefully those are better!

I love fashion, heels and eveything else, but I would definitely, HIGHLY think about spending so much money on a pair of shoes that I can’t walk in for more than 5 minutes and they’d probably end up not being worth it. They are super cute tho! lol

Slut shaming strippers isn’t cool! Found your post on google but stopped reading after the “no I’m not some stripper”
Sincerely,
A stripper who has more louboutins & money than you.
Not my intention at all, and I’m sorry if it came off offensive. Whenever I’d say I was a professional dancer, when I was one, that was the first question I’d be asked, if I was a stripper. Was only clarifying, that’s all.
Hi can you tell me do they get better after break in??
