Ahhhhhhh, micro-needling.

My latest skincare obsession. 

So, as most of you know, I'm not shy  or judgmental at all when it comes to cosmetic procedures. I get botox, lip fillers, I got my eyebrows micro-bladed, I've done the vampire face-lift, I mean...basically just a huge fan. lol. Honestly though, I don't think it is anything to be ashamed about, for any of you that have done any of the above and are scared to tell anyone. Embrace it! I ALSO got neck fillers the week before my wedding, but my neck lines were SO DAMN DEEP, that fillers just barely helped. So I was on the hunt for other products or ANYTHING that could help reduce these lines that I have literally had since I was a year old. Then I discovered micro-needling. (Basically I saw that it involved needles, so I was like, YES COUNT ME IN.)
So let's get to it... GloPRO by Beautybio Science will literally make your skin feel like it just got botox.... and within time, also LOOK like you just got botox... maybe even a mini face lift.  And not only can you use it on your face and neck, but they also offer GloPRO Body, which can use on your legs, butt, stomach, and basically any area you really want to tighten up, get rid of lines, and so on. I do have the GloPRO Body roller, but I haven't used it yet, since I've been trying to focus on seeing results from the regular GloPRO. Earlier, I had mentioned how the lines on my forehead gradually started to appear again, and how much the lines on my neck just drive me up the wall. Now I've only gotten botox twice, and the last time I got it done was during the summer of last year, so naturally, my forehead lines started to appear again. But look at my forehead in the two mirror selfies above. I simply have makeup on there, there was no smoothing done on lightroom on my face or anything. Biggest difference I noticed, though? MY NECK LINES!! I've only been using it for about 3 or 4 weeks, so I'm sure I'll see even bigger results after a while longer of using it, but for the short amount of time I HAVE been using it? I'm super impressed. 

Now let's talk products. Before I start the micro-needling, I clean my face and neck using the pH Balancing Cleanser, which conditions and preps the skin for maximum absorption. How Does It Work? 

There are 540 surgical steel MicroTips on the head of the GloPRO. (does not hurt, btw.) Each time you use it and go over your skin, it's basically creating an injury, making your body think it needs to repair the injured area. It's known as a rejuvenation process in the skin, essentially giving you firmer, smoother looking skin.
