In 6 days, it will be ONE YEAR since Cody proposed and we got engaged. Where did the time go?! Now the reason I bring this up is because on the day we got engaged last year, Cody and I were out taking blog photos, and I wore the white version of this romper for one of the outfit photos just HOURS before he proposed. (That link takes you to that post, and holy shit was my hair white... and short! I mean, I guess my hair still is "white," but in my eyes, it's not. lol.) How symbolic of me to unknowingly wear white that day haha.
I did mention last week, (I think,) that I haven't had my ring for a few weeks, because I got to custom design my setting! (If you are just now finding my blog, I'm also a jeweler...) I've had a few people ask me on instagram where it's been. Still have my stone, that I LOVE, just wanted to get a little creative with the setting, since at work, I help bring SO many ideas to life, and it just personally gives me and the girls I work with ideas for our own rings. lol. I SHOULD be getting the entire finished product of it on THURSDAY! Which, obviously I'll post a video of it on instagram, like I do for the @HappyJewelers instagram. I am like praying that I love how it turns out, because I have re-designed my setting before, and I ended up going back to my original setting, lol. (Too many dangerous perks when you work there. haha.)
