Would you believe me if I told you I didn't start drinking until I was 20?? Like literally, was such a straight edge in high school. I was SO busy with dance and competitions on the weekends, that I legit had ZERO time for parties in high school. I also had no desire to drink Fast forward to today... girl loves herself a glass of wine. My ALL TIME favorite is Sauvignon Blanc, but specifically Nobilo. If I'm at a bar and the wine list has multiple options of Sauvignon Blanc, I always choose the one from New Zealand. I don't know what it is, but ANY New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc is just perfection. Once of my friends was over the other day, I opened up a bottle of Nobilo, and she was done with her glass within like 7 minutes. She literally was like.... ummm this is so good, I'm drinking it like it's water, what is wrong with me.
If there is no Sauvignon Blanc, I'll get a Sancerre. I was just recently introduced to Sancerre a couple months ago by one of my neighbors, so I don't know too much about it, but one brand I know I for sure like is Patient Cottat.
Ok, can we talk about the Pinot Grigio Rosé?! I had no idea this was a thing, but I was given this bottle for Christmas and uhhhhh, yeah. So good. Yes Way Rosé is obviously SO cute and aesthetically pleasing, and pretty much any time I see it at Target, I grab a couple bottles. Yesterday was the first time I tried the "bubble" version of it, and it was hands down my favorite. Like, I'm pretty picky when it comes to sparkling wine, so I was surprised I liked this one so much.... Another sparkling rosé wine that I tried recently and enjoyed was Ruffino. I had two cute mini ones on my bar cart until I convinced myself I could always get more... so I finally took them off my bar cart and opened them, lol. Now speaking of Rosé, you know which one I was pretty excited to try but like, REALLY didn't like?? Whispering Angel! I know, sad day. It's all over instagram, and it's such pretty bottle, but nope... not a fan. Anyway... last rosé to mention is Oreé Des Roses. To be completely honest, I don't remember what this one tasted like AT ALL, but I did take a photo of it in January when I first thought of writing this post... so I'm sure I liked it. lol.
