Quick little Valentine’s Day re-cap: Cody and I woke up and had a breakfast that was provided by our apartment complex, where they had red velvet waffles with Nutella, and had a crepe bar. It was so good, and the lady who cooked it all is going to be the chef at this years Kid’s Choice Awards!  Then later we went The Grove in LA, which is really close to where we live, and it’s where the movie theater is, plus the place we were going to eat at. (And I was wearing the dress in today’s post.) We were there pretty early, so we saw a movie first…. yep… 50 Shades Of Grey. And we actually thought it was really good! Sure it’s a bit graphic, but it’s also kind of sad, which I wasn’t expecting. Anyway, once that ended, it was 5:30, and right across was the Italian restaurant we were going to. We had no reservations, because they didn’t take any, but we got lucky, because there was no wait, AND they seated us upstairs on the balcony outside, which I had been wanting to do for forever. Then we went and got Starbucks, and some Cronuts at Cody’s favorite place, then took them back home and watched Scandal. And that’s how we spent our 4th Valentine’s Day together!
