Welcome to Blondie In The City! In case you haven’t read my last post, I decided to change my blog name, so I will no longer be Styled By Blondie. (You may still be seeing the old URL, but the redirecting is happening today, so that will change soon, if it isn’t already! I saved this post for today because it fits the new name perfectly. The good ol palm tree lined streets of LA.
Deciding to go through with this name change was a hard decision, because SO much goes into changing a blog name. I remember how much work it was last time, and I was dreading the fact that I was possibly going to go through it again. Thankfully, Valerie from Instant Entity did all of the redirecting last time, and is doing it this time around as well. Once the redirecting process is over, I have to go through and change anything that says StyledByBlondie.com basically anywhere. Redirect Bloglovin, fix my subscription service, re-submit my new URL to the search engines, change my email + email everyone saying I have a new email (lol,) and the list goes on… BUT it’s worth it to me. So thank you guys for all of the positive feed back in my last post about the name change. I LOVE that you guys love it as much as I do, and agree that it’s a better fit. I have so many ideas for this year and I can’t wait to share them all with you! <3
