Ummm, do I not look abnormally tan?! lol. This is totally my Mexican side coming out, because this tan is Au Naturel, aside from my face and neck, because you all know I don't tan the face and neck... Pretty much the past month or so, we've been out by the pool at our apartment with our neighbors, so I've been getting plenty of Vitamin D, to say the least. Oh, and if you're just joining in for the first time today, yes, I am half Mexican. Speak fluent Spanish, and everything. Yes again, I know I look white af... my mom is the Hispanic one, and my dad is full on white, lol. Moving on: Forever 21 has yet to disappoint (lately,) I mean, how cute is this dress? (Doesn't come with a belt, but added it for the shoes.) Sadly, the dress is sold out at the moment, but add yourself on the waitlist for it!
P.S. It is the LAST day to shop EARLY ACCESS from the Nordstrom Anniversary sale! While tomorrow, will be full access to everyone! <3

Something I’ve noticed growing up and living in NYC is a lot of people ask people, “where are you from?” Now this isn’t just a casual question meaning where do you live, but instead a remark to say, “hey, you don’t look American, where were you born?” I find this incredibly annoying whenever you hear it because for instance, someone pay have parents born in another country, yet they weren’t, so even though they may be a different race that doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t American. The same goes for the other way around. I find that people often assume if you’re white, that you’re fully white, and I don’t think people intend it in a mean or inconsiderate way, I just think it’s something as a nation we should work on to improve. But, I didn’t know that about you and I think it’s so cool that you are fluent in Spanish! I am 65% Polish to be specific and that is one thing I wish I really knew how to do more – speak better Polish! Btw, I love the Louis Vuitton bag :)

Apart from that amazing dress – I think it’s amazing to have two different cultures behind us. I consider it a big plus to connect with others while evolving into our own self.

You get Vitamin D from being outside, not Vitamin C.
