While we were in our home last Christmas, we got in about a week before, so we didn't exactly have the chance to decorate the place. I was soooo excited this year to finally be able to decorate AND we got our fireplace surround installed! (Thanks to VSD Interiors.) They did such an amazing job - took exactly what I had envisioned and brought it to life. I feel like it totally brought the living room space together. It was the main thing I was like "I NEED to make sure have this installed for the holidays!" My mom was actually just over helping me with the garland around the fireplace. She found it at Home Goods and it fit the mantle perfectly.

We have a new tree this year, too! It's from King of Christmas and we love it. I had a flocked tree before this one, but I remember it being SO messy even with the slightest movement. This new King of Christmas tree is so much better. I was prepared to vacuum a ton after it was put together and I was shocked at how little of the flocking was even on the floor. Seriously, a miracle, lol. It also came with a remote to turn on + off and to change the light settings. Hands down my favorite tree.

Can you guys believe next Christmas, our baby girl will be here?!
