With having my blog name be Blondie in the City now, Cody and I are trying to do more “city” like locations for my photos. This day we went onto Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, and we’re actually lucky we even got those shots we took. After about 5 minutes-ish, the man you see in a suit in a lot of my photos ended up asking if we had a permit to shoot here. lol. Technically, this is like a little corner of Rodeo, and you are free to shoot on that street, but apparently not this specific corner lol.
Now my white tee. You guys, I bought this about 2 weeks ago from Nordstrom and I have LIVED in it ever since. I’m ready to buy it in black and grey next because I love it so much. It looks a lot tighter here because I tied it, but I got this in a Large because I wanted an extra oversized fit. When it’s not tied, it’s super loose and the perfect length if you like wearing oversized tees with leggings or shorts. I was on the hunt for a shirt just like this, and saw this one online, but didn’t want to buy it because I wasn’t sure what size I wanted. Then I saw it in the store at Nordstrom, and I’m so glad I tried waited to find it in the store, because I would not have thought to have bought a large. I have a look with this shirt up next week where I don’t have it tied up, so you’ll get a better idea of the fit then. But if you’re looking to buy it now, a Medium or Large are perfect! (I tried both on.)

*sigh* I’d happily die and go to Heaven if I could look as good in these jeans as you do. What a fabulous outfit. And, yes, high-value areas like this are policed closely for photography/filming; it happens here in NYC all the time. Even though most bloggers aren’t “commercial”, security view all cameras with suspicion.

Unfortunately it’s common in LA and New York. :( You can take normal pictures, but when they look like they’re being taken “professionally,” then depending on the location, you may need a permit. Because of my camera and the “way I was posing,” as the guy said, he thought I was being paid to take them, and thus, needed a permit if I was going to use their location for the photos. haha
Oh gosh, I had no idea you needed a permit to shoot on certain parts of Rodeo! Thanks for the heads up :) I love how you tied this white tee up too, a nice little detail to your whole look!
