I love being able to change up my styles when as often as I want on my blog, and I sometimes think about how each blogger could style the same piece differently than the other. Today's main piece was this beanie from Bikay Boutique. I usually go for styling outfits in a super girly way, at least I feel like I do, so using a beanie was almost a bit of a challenge! I didn't know if I wanted to do a more "chic-new york style" type of look, like in heeled boots, tights, a coat, and the beanie, or if I was going to do something more "hipster." Instead, I kind of mixed them both. Instead of wearing flats or sandals with the jeans and oversized, off-the-shoulder sweater, I went with these super chic fringe heels for a more "chic" look... But you still get the hipster feel with the jeans and sweater, and obviously the beanie. (Speaking of, did you guys like my title? hahaha.

I do feel like my style in really life is a little more hipster than it is on my blog, since it's just easier to throw something like that together, however, I've been starting to dress up much more than I used to when it comes to real life, haha. My first 2 years blogging, I was always in leggings and Tory Burch sandals, and my mom was always like, "Hayley, you're a fashion blogger and have so many cute outfits. Why are you wearing that?!" lol. I ended up getting tired of my usual leggings, sandals, and a sweater look after a while, so I feel like towards the end of last year was when I actually started to dress up more. Even if it's just styling an outfit with cuter shoes, or something other than leggings all the time. The littlest piece can completely change an outfit!
