I've been loving this cropped sweatshirt lately. It's a little wide, so I tie it up on the side to make it look even cuter. I usually wear it with high waisted leggings, but went with the super ripped jean look for these instead. Seriously, ever since this sweatshirt came in, it's one I throw on when I have a day off and on weekends when I want to be comfy, but still look cute, ya know? But let's talk hair...
Ever since I got extensions, I've had to switch to all sulfate free hair products, and one MAIN one being... purple shampoo. Purple Shampoo is VITAL when you have blonde hair. It's how you tone down any brassiness going on in there. You know when you haven't been to the salon in a while for a color touch up and your hair just starts looking yellow? Yeah, no thanks. A few years back, I wrote a post all about purple shampoo, since I've tried SO MANY of them, and while I loved all of those that I talked about, they pretty much all had sulfate. *cries self to sleep* After trying 7835 purple shampoo brands, I had to find a new one WITHOUT sulfate. Which brings me to "The Perfect Blonde" by PRAVANA. This stuff is the shit. Even if I didn't have extensions, I'd still use this. I use the purple shampoo a little differently, though. I put it all over my hair when it's DRY, I tie it up, and let it sit for like 30 minutes, no joke. I feel like it catches on SO much better than on wet hair, because then all the purpleness just runs down your face, back, you name it, lol, and doesn't really stick and do its job. Obviously, depending on the yellowness I'm seeing in my hair determines how long I leave it in... my hair was looking REALLLLL brassy the other day, so I did like 40 minutes if I remember correctly, lol. I'm a huge advocate for taking baths (haha,) so I take my computer in there and work while I sit in the bath tub with my purple shampoo in. Then I wash it out, quickly run regular sulfate free shampoo through it, rinse that, condition the ends, and I'm done.

P.S. To all my blondes... if you aren't using purple shampoo to tone your hair... get on that, ASAP.
