I feel like I’ve never know what exactly “business casual” looked like. I used to think it meant jeans and a nice top, but jeans seem too casual for it to even be put into the “business” category. When I (briefly) worked in PR, everyday was business casual, and I basically just wore either leggings or jeans everyday. I always felt so boring and the complete opposite of a fashion blogger while I was there. No one really dressed up, which made me feel weird if I ever did. Moral of the story, today’s outfit is my personal definition of business casual because it’s business on bottom and casual on top. I always feel like if you go “business” on bottom, any top you wear won’t make it too casual, as it does if you were to go casual on bottom. I don’t even know if I’m making sense, but you catch my drift!
P.S. This is the same skirt that I wore the other day, but I just pulled it up a little higher since it looked too long with an oversized top.

Super cute business casual look. I work in PR too and I do dress up a bit. Always a pencil skirt, fitted pants or a fitted dress. Summer days, I wear more light dresses as it’s too hot to wear my more dressy outfits. I like dressing up even if many of my colleagues don’t.
