Before I begin rambling… this skirt is MUCH longer than it is in this post because I ended up just cutting it myself. But you can’t even tell because it’s a thick material, so cutting it is super easy for it to be at the length you want, and it doesn’t even need to be hemmed at the bottom, since the material doesn’t fray. (ALSO! This is the top I wore as a dress in Monday’s post.) I love the festive holiday look this outfit gives, and I think it’s such a perfect Holiday party outfit! (I’m thinking of wearing it to my families annual Christmas Eve party this year.)
Now, totally unrelated to this post, (well, kind of,) I have an obsession with taking baths… I actually work on a majority of my blog posts while taking a bath. When I’m bored at my apartment, I literally just get in the bath and either work on my computer or go on pinterest. I don’t know what it is, but it’s just so relaxing, and breaks up my routine of sitting at my desk or on the couch while on the computer. For the past 4 months, Cody has been traveling a ton for work, so my amount of baths taken while working have definitely increased. lol. Yesterday and today, I’ve taken a total of 6 baths, (not as crazy as it sounds,) and I swear, each time I take one, I can’t just relax with a glass of wine… I have my wine + my computer. It’s kind of cool when I think about it because I can “drink on the job,” lol. That’s actually the main reason I brought this up today. I was drinking champagne (this time,) while in the bath editing photos for this post today, and I was like… wait, this is kind of cool. I’m totally hanging out in the bath tub, playing Christmas music on Spotify, drinking champagne, and working. Was also slightly buzzed, but I had a mini “feeling blessed” moment. haha.

I remember seeing this skirt outfit on LOOKBOOK not too long ago. I adore this chic off-shoulder sweater, this grid pattern skirt, and these sweet peep-toe pumps. Your face and smile are adorable, and your hairstyle is equally charming. You are styled beautifully here.
Love this off the shoulder top combined with the window pane look. It’s stunning.
You look amazing as always.
