Bright Blue Summer Dress

This bright blue summer dress has to be my newest favorite outfit in my closet (along with my bag.) It’s off the shoulder, scalloped, and gives the perfect flow. The sleeves come all the way down too, but I liked the look of it pushed up better, since I kind of felt like I was going salsa dancing with the sleeves down.
Lately, I’ve been IN LOVE with this lip color, which is Dubai from Ofra Cosmetics. Unlike most liquid lipsticks, this ones is so easy to take off, but it also stays on like a normal liquid lipstick. It also doesn’t dry out your lips nearly as bad as the others, but I do still put chapstick on underneath just in case. I have this color in my purse 24/7, and it goes with practically any outfit I wear!
