Sorry for all of my Valentine’s Day talk this month, but it’s kind of fun creating Holiday related posts! One of my favorite drinks that I like to make on Valentine’s Day are Cranberry Mimosas. (I make them on Christmas Eve, too.) They’re so good, and you can barely taste any alcohol. (Which isn’t always a good thing lol.) But I prefer my drinks that way! All you need to make these are Sparkling Champagne and Cranberry Juice, of course. Super easy. The hardest part is popping the cork. At least for me. Cody tried to get me to do it for the picture, but I freaked out and begged him to put the camera down so he could do it. lol. So yes, the picture of me about to pop the cork? Totally faking it.
