Happy Friday! I hope you all enjoyed my living room post on Wednesday, as it had been a long time coming! (Literally... since January lol.) Sadly, I have to enjoy the fully finished living room by myself this week/weekend, since Cody is out of town for work. Which, he will sadly, also be gone for my birthday on Tuesday. :( Every year around this time, he has to travel for work, and last year, he was allowed to come home on my birthday, and then had to go back the next day, but this year they aren't letting him, and it's our my first birthday as husband and wife! But it's ok, I've celebrated 6 birthday's with him so far, and he did leave a sweet little post it note in the kitchen yesterday, which I showed on Snapchat and Instagram stories, and also made sure the fridge was stocked with my favorite wine, and the pantry was stocked with my favorite snacks.
Other exciting news: my iPhone 8 Plus came in yesterday!! Currently, as I type this, my iPhone is backing up, and it says it's supposed to take 3 hours, soooo I haven't even turned the new phone on yet. (Side Note: don't wait an entire YEAR to back up your iPhone. lol.) The new shoe always comes out around my birthday, so it's the main thing I always make sure to treat myself to, lol. Anyway, I will be 26 this year... so that's weird.
