Cody and I took these on his birthday, (good husband, good husband, haha,) and it was SO gloomy out. The shots on the camera were just not coming out that great, so we switched to the iPhone, and they came out SO MUCH BETTER. I don't know if we just haven't mastered the settings for when it's gloomy out or what, but photos always turn out so shitty for us on those days. I mean, they're not like, terrible, but the iPhone just seems to work out better. Speaking of... have you read my "Do You Need A Fancy Camera To Be A Fashion Blogger? iPhone vs. DSLR" post?! You should totes check it out if you are conflicted with that question. Since we are on the camera/photos talk... Have you all checked out my new pack of presets? You can purchase my new travel preset pack here & my original preset pack here. I used "Melrose Matte" from my new travel presets for these photos. If you do purchase them, the ones that come with that purchase are meant to be used with the paid desktop version of Adobe Lightroom. If you do not have the paid desktop version and only have the app, you'll need to shoot me an email for me to send you the correct format for your phone. However, I do HIGHLY recommend, purchasing Lightroom for your desktop if you are a blogger. While phone editing does the trick, the desktop version is SO much more useful and is the one program I use for all photo editing, and have been for the past 4 years. (I actually don't even have the Lightroom App.)
